Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed and unaltered

• In original condition with tags attached

• Returned in the original or similar protective packaging


For hygiene reasons, hair products that have been installed, worn, brushed, cut, colored, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Final Sale Items

All sale items, discounted items, and promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
